How did the people of Santa Cruz 500 years ago use ingenuity to turn the bounty of the Santa Cruz area into delicious meals? Find out how as we use the traditional process of making food from the seeds of grassland plants. Alex Takone, Big Basin Park Ranger, will show us the whole process from the coastal prairie to the dinner plate and everyone will get a chance to taste our creation.
