Nutrition Education and Diet Immersion

Starting Sunday, July 7, Ben Lomond, CA

The Community Rx program leverages evidence-based nutrition education, meal support, the expertise of healthcare practitioners and community support to help you reverse Type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance, reduce inflammation, and/or heal metabolic syndrome or other life-threatening chronic conditions.

Enrollment is open for the July, 2024 round of Community Rx, starting Saturday, July 7. This round will be in English at the historic Wee Kirk church in Ben Lomond.

We ask for a $20 donation to offset a part of the cost, and welcome donations of any size. Link
